ABOUT G2D 2026
To celebrate 150 years of IACS, we are organizing Genes to Diseases conference from Dec 08-09, 2026 at IACS, Jadavpur, Kolkata. The founder of IACS, Dr. Mahendra Lal Sircar, who was a medicinal practician, had a vision to understand science behind human diseases. In this conference, we focus on understanding of few of the diseases, which demand for more biochemistry and more research in the field of disease biology
1) Rare diseases (e.g., Muscular Dystrophy)
2) Cancer disease
3) Infectious diseases
Scientists across the world will assemble in the conference and share their finding in these diseases. Interested participants can submit their abstracts. Their abstracts will be evaluated for poster or short talk presentation.
